WHERE CAN I PARK?
There is complimentary valet located in the lot straight ahead of you when you pull into our office parking lot.
WHAT ARE YOUR ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Interac Debit cards. Please note that we do not accept cash.
DO YOU LOAN EQUIPMENT TO CHARITABLE CAUSES OR STUDENT PRODUCTIONS?
Sim has a long history of supporting new and upcoming filmmakers through established grants and in-kind donations and we continue to work with a number of charitable and academic institutions and programs. Students wising to rent from us who are not in an existing Sim-supported program will still benefit from a generous student discount rate.

Our expendables are sold through Sim Lighting & Grip Toronto, located at 80 Commissioners St., Toronto, ON, M5A 1A8
WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
You can pick up your order at the front of the building.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM AFTER HOURS?
In case of an emergency or a problem after regular office hours, you can call our after-hours line for Camera at (416) 559-9778.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
Sim Camera Toronto is open from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, EST, Monday through Friday.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
There are parking spots reserved for customers marked as “Sim Visitor Parking” throughout the lot adjacent to our office. There are additional spots at the rear of the building as well.
HOW CAN I SETUP AN ACCOUNT WITH SIM CAMERA?
Please speak to a customer service representative upon rental for more information.
ARE YOU DOG FRIENDLY?
We are dog friendly! As long as they are trained, we would be happy to have them visit.
DO YOU RENT LIGHTING AND GRIP EQUIPMENT?
Our Sim Camera Atlanta location does not currently offer lighting and grip equipment for rent. Check with your client service representative for the nearest Sim Lighting & Digital rental office or a local recommendation.
DO YOU SELL EXPENDABLES?
We do not sell expendables from our Sim Camera Atlanta location, however, our rental agents will be happy to provide you with recommendations for local suppliers.
WHERE CAN I DROP OFF GEAR?
Gear can be dropped off in the same area as pick-ups – at the loading docks entrance locating in the back side of the building. If you are dropping off a camera cart, we have a street level door at the left side of the building.
WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
To pick up rentals from Sim Camera Atlanta, there are docks and an entrance located at the back side of the building.

In case of an emergency or a problem after regular office hours, you can call our 24-hour main line at 404-355-8000.

DO YOU SELL EXPENDABLES?
We do not sell expendables at our Hollywood facility, however, one of our customer service representatives can point you towards a local expendables facility in Hollywood.

CAN I PICK-UP/DROP-OFF EQUIPMENT ON THE WEEKEND OR AFTER HOURS?
You can pick up equipment on the weekend or after hours by arrangement only.

DO YOU SELL NEW GEAR?
Sim is a dealer for a wide range of expendable items including products from manufacturers such as LiteGear, Rosco and Lee as well as select lighting and grip products.
DO YOU DELIVER GEAR?
Yes, when pre-arranged with your assigned CSR. Subject to delivery charges.

Equipment pick-ups and drop-offs should be scheduled within our normal business hours, from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. With prior arrangement, pick-ups and drop-offs can be accommodated outside those office hours. After-hour charges may apply.

DOES SIM REQUIRE RENTAL INSURANCE?
Yes, all rentals from Sim require a certificate of insurance.

Please check in with reception prior to picking up your order.

Please return all equipment on or before 10 AM on the scheduled return date.
